No critical decision will be taken on when to lift the lockdown until after the Bank Holiday weekend.
Dominic Raab, who is deputizing for the Prime Minister, said it was still “too early” to lift the measures in place.
“We are not done yet. We must keep going,” he said.
There are fears that the warm weather as it is forecast to be 25C in some parts of the country tomorrow, will see people ignore the social distancing rules and head to tourist spots.

It is not just people tempted to travel to the coast and the countryside which is a problem.
Greater Manchester said that last weekend they had to break up 494 house parties and 166 street parties, some with fireworks, DJs and bouncy castles.
Mr. Raab advised people not to “ruin” the progress made so far.
“After all the sacrifices people have made let’s not destroyed it now. We must not give the COVID-19 a 2nd chance to kill more people and hurt our country,” Raab said. Read Here
