The Abuja chapter of the Ebe Town Union “Obi Nwanne Association” held the inauguration of its executive today Sunday, July 11, which was an opportunity to usher in new leadership that would pilot the affairs of the association for the next two years.
Engr. Chinedu A. Ukwu, Chairman electoral committee enjoined the new executives to work judiciously towards the purpose of the association. They should take importance and recognition of where they came from and the purpose of the oath of office.

The patron of the association Ozo Ebekebe charged the new executive that one of the purposes of the group is to unite the Ebe people in Abuja together “Nwanne maru nwanne”. It is for us to work together as brothers and sisters. “ In terms of unity, we have achieved that”.
Another patron of the association Engr. Roland Agada, advises the newly elected executives to be open and honest with their position. Truly be approachable. You need to have complete alignment at home with the realities of what you are going to be doing for the association, and the sacrifices that will need to be collectively made by all of those involved to take this association to a greater height. He prays to God to help them to achieve good success in this new task.
The legal adviser of the association Barrister Ethelbert Agu, who returns unopposed advised the newly elected executive members to work as a team in order to achieve their target goals so as to move the Association to greater heights.

The new executives will be led by Engr. Joachin Ani, who succeeded the immediate past president Mr Sampson Onyeama, who took over the affairs of the association in 2017.
The President-elect, Engr. Joachin Ani, in his opening speech, thanked those who were involved in the smooth conduct of the election that brought in the new President and his executive members.
